马克思是一名为茶着迷的英语老师，在中国居住了5年，从事英文教学工作，现在为葡言茶语机构特聘“一星侍茶师情景口语”的执行教练，同时负责同等水平老师的教学辅导工作。马克思本科学习“国际贸易专业”，研究生主修“英语语言学”工作后还学习茶文化、市场推广等领域，夯实了他热爱的教学生涯。

2024年准发表的论文《茶文化英语术语翻译的挑战与价值》为中国茶师学习茶文化，推广茶文化注入了新的思考，也推动了中国茶国际化的步伐。

Maksim Akhmetshin is an English teacher fascinated by tea, who has lived in China for five years, engaged in English teaching. He is currently the execuation teacher of "One-Star Teglish. Oral English" in DiscoverCha Institute, while also responsible for the tutoring teachers at the same level.

Maksim Akhmetshin studied "International Trade' as an undergraduate and majored in "English Linguistics" for his master's degree.

After starting his career, he also studied tea culture, marketing and other fields, solidifying his for teaching.

His paper, The Value of Teaglish: Challenges of Translating Chinese Tea Culture Terminologies," set to be published in 2024, provides new insights for Chinese tea masters learning and promoting tea culture, and it also advances the internationalization of Chinese tea.
